Meet Claudette
Claudette has a unique understanding of how to integrate orthodox medicine together with natural therapies to enhance the client’s total quality of life with her prior experience of consulting at the Double Bay Medical Centre as their in-house naturopath. Today Claudette refers her patients to many medical doctors to help integrate the different therapies and for you to achieve the best possible health.
With prior practices in Bondi Junction, Macquarie St and at The Jocelyn Centre Sydney CBD, Claudette is now based in Lennox Head NSW with her family and consults via TeleHealth for patients all over Australia and overseas. Claudette has spent the last two decades researching women’s and men’s hormonal conditions, after completing her post-graduate training in fertility. Her personal interest, reputation, knowledge and experience led her to become a recognised health practitioner in this field, having lectured and written for the Natural Health Society on PMS premenstrual syndrome, BPH prostate enlargement and Menopause.
Claudette understands the unique requirements of competitive athletes having been an active surf life saving member for many years. She has consulted many different sports people of varying fields and ages and coupled this with her own interest in sport to create a breadth of experience.
Claudette appreciates how important it is to support you throughout this journey, reflected in her compassionate approach and counselling skills aimed at listening to your individual circumstances and needs with her guidance, education and encouragement to make healthier, sustainable and more informed choices for yourself.
With numerous university and college degrees and prizes as well as media publications including The Sunday Telegraph and Cosmopolitan magazine to television interviews on A Current Affair and Today Tonight, Claudette is a highly sought commentator on women’s health and natural fertility. She has lectured to numerous businesses and at seminars and continues to constantly research, update, and develop her practice professionally.
